Imagine throwing the wedding rule book out the window and just running off to Artist Point at North Cascades National Park to say, “I do.” That’s exactly what Briana and Michael did, and it was truly one of the most Dreamy Summer Artist Point Elopement Inspired ever, spent exploring all the most beautiful places on Artist Point with these madly-in-love humans. Capturing them as they got ready at Rustic 70’s A-Frame Airbnb, they tied the knot with an Artist Point Elopement ceremony, and a blue hour with Mt. Baker peeking out was the ultimate adventure.
Briana & Michael’s Summer Artist Point Elopement
Getting ready in a cozy A-frame in the woods
The Rustic 70’s A-Frame hid under lush green tall trees with the view of Mt. Baker right out of the drive-way. Before Briana and Michael got ready together, they spent quality time cuddling on the couch, eating lunch, and playing with their cutest dog.

First look with Briana and Michael
During their getting-ready time together, Michael stepped out before Briana put the gown on for their first look. Briana looked seriously breathtaking in her white bridal gown, which was somehow the perfect balance of elegance and sophistication. Her dress was so sparkling and so STUNNING! She had big gold and white earrings that stood out with her dress.
Michael went full-PNW mode with his forest green suit and wooded bowtie, perfectly matching the greenery scenarios at Artist Point at the North Cascades. It was so special to see how fun Briana and Michael managed to keep their elopement while still incorporating all of the details that mattered most to them.
An emotional private vow exchange with their dog
We started this Artist Point Elopement with Briana and Michael writing their vows at the top of the mountains, and I will always encourage my couples to spend time writing their vows on the day of their elopement instead of fully writing them a few days beforehand. Writing them when you’re really in the moment and feeling all the emotions of the day can make them so much more special. Or if you do want to write part of your vows a few days after your elopement, you can rewrite them in your vow books day of elopement for cute photos.
By the way, who needs a table and chairs to write your vows when you have a cute wooded bench to sit on like Briana and Michael? I love how they just relaxed and went with the writing of their vows.
Briana read her vows first, and they took her time to share her love for him. They showed a lot of different beautiful emotions: from crying to lots of giggles. Before Michael’s turn, they got interrupted by their dog and it was so freaking cute to see how badly their dog want to be part of their vows exchange. Then they continued to complete their vows and shared their kisses with their dog in the arm. This was so cool how to include your pets in your Artist Point Elopement!
Blue hour portraits in the Mt. Baker
We ending with a seriously magical blue hour once the sun had set behind the mountains. The dark navy blue sky with light blue and grey thick fog creeping on Mt. Baker was absolutely beautiful and its moody vibe. Briana and Michael walked across the rocks with the lanterns, exploring what Artist Point offers. Seriously, the most perfect way to end an already perfect adventure with Brianna and Michael!
